Tulambule Uganda Safaris is a trusted Uganda safari company, planning gorilla treks, wildlife safaris and holidays since 2014. We are Skymate Tours and Travel Limited, trading as Tulambule Uganda Safaris: a 100% Ugandan-owned company based in Kampala, accredited by the Uganda Tourism Board and the Uganda Wildlife Authority, and a member of the Association of Uganda Tour Operators (AUTO).
Our Story
We started Tulambule with one clear belief: the best safaris are planned by people who live here. Our guides know Bwindi's trails because they have walked them many times. They know which gorilla families suit older trekkers, which sectors are quieter in peak season, and where to look for the shoebill in Mabamba Swamp.
That local knowledge shapes every trip we plan. It helps our guests save time, avoid common mistakes and enjoy experiences that are hard to arrange from abroad.
Over more than ten years, we have grown from a small Kampala team into a full-service East Africa travel company. Today we run safaris in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania, overland trips from Uganda's borders, self-drive safari packages and holidays abroad for Ugandan travellers.

We are a full-service travel company with two specialist departments, so you can plan a safari, a holiday abroad or both with one trusted team.
African Safaris
Gorilla trekking, chimpanzee tracking, Big Five game drives, birding tours and cultural experiences across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania. We also run overland safaris that collect you at Uganda's border points, and self-drive safari packages where you drive to the park and we handle everything from the gate onwards.
International Holidays
Tailor-made holiday packages from Uganda to Zanzibar, Mombasa, Dubai, Mauritius, Seychelles, the Maldives, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Cape Town, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Qatar and more, plus cruise holidays. Travellers with valid visas can also book trips to Europe and the rest of the world.
We also handle air ticketing, visa processing, passport application support and travel insurance, making us a true one-stop travel partner from Kampala and Entebbe.
Our Commitment to Conservation
Uganda's mountain gorillas exist today because of conservation. Their numbers have risen over the past decades thanks to strict protection, careful tourism and the support of local communities.
Every gorilla permit and park entry fee you pay goes to the Uganda Wildlife Authority, which funds ranger patrols, research and wildlife protection. Part of this park revenue is also shared with the communities living next to the parks, for schools, health centres and clean water.
At Tulambule, we hire local guides and staff, work with community-run lodges and cultural experiences, and plan itineraries that spend money in the villages around Uganda's national parks.
